Kahl as a blasphemy would be a quadrupedal monster made of mostly skin and exposed bone. The most noticeable bones are the skull, which have his long hair coming out of it that falls very flat, and his ribs that protrude out of his body to also act as a cage to trap others in battle. He's got a glowing heart that floats in his body that bounces between his open ribcage and behind the eyes of his skull, traveling between the two via his neck.

He lures victims into his ribcage trap by an aether lure in the shape of his younger self, a crying child. If someone tries to help (or a monster tries to eat it) the shape of the crying child grabs on and they get yanked into the ribcage
