hi so i looked up caprimulgiformes and they look so fucked up /pos. i love their scrunched little faces too.... perchance can i ask if you have watched the melted owl video on youtube i think its very important. also one time i was taking the metro and the stop at my house is usually very quiet with no people and there was this FAT ass pigeon napping on the card reader i dont know if i can find a picture of it oh god but it was so cute and fat and it was sleeping with its face tucked into its chest feathers and AUGH i petted it through a glove because i didnt want to disturb it and it did not move at all. i think the biggest achievement in my life is having pet a pigeon
theyre SOOO squonched i love it....their faces!!! i have a picture of one saved that seriously looks like if a bird was a rabbit its so good. I HAVE NOT WATCHED THAT BUT I WILL already from the title i am very intrigued and excited. oh my god that sounds like the most wonderful experience humanly possible.....what a fucking Guy....... one time when i was on a school trip with my latin class we got like an hour to just roam the city instead of being in a museum/looking at roman baths and there was someone selling? giving out? birdseed and they were Covered in pigeons just chilling on them and eating seeds. and if you got some birdseed from them they would all come sit on you instead and eat out of your hand and flutter their wings around you in like a cloud of pigeons. this person was just like walking through the streets of bath in a cloud of friendly pigeons. i think about that often i want to become someone who does that
