I've been seeing quotes regarding Alexis being aware of Ella's feelings but not Yukihiro's. I think I know why as I reread some panels.

Alexis is perceptive, yes, but he is not assuming. He didn't assume until Ella started to send him cryptic messages about their situation. There he realized Ella isn't fully set on their breakup because she secretly loves him.

Yuki never had any suggestive messages whenever he talks with Alexis. I assume it's what he's like in person too. We only knew about Yuki's feelings through his priv. To be fair, he's good at concealing his feelings. Maybe he has been concealing it for a long time already because during their friendship, Alexis got engaged before he got the chance to confess.
