does anyone who has some sort of dissociative disorder with alters also experience long shifts? usually ours take around a few minutes to figure out who's in front but sometimes it takes twenty minutes.
We may not have the same dissociative disorder, but, I do. However, mine are much less ‘pronounced’ shifts into different parts, so I tend not to realise/mark it down.
