im not pretending it never happened as i’m still replying to people, im not sure which of my opinions was harmful, because my only opinion was that the art was not ai generated, and that was merely my opinion , however i do know the way i went about sharing my opinions was immature, and though unintentional, quite insulting. to explain, as i had tweeted about it; i was informed a lot that the ate album cover was debunked as not ai and told the same 3D model artist that worked w another group did it; so i believed so, which is my fault for being naive and not doing further investigation into that, my post was immature, and i only did it because at the time i felt irritated to see ai thrown at an album cover because i believed that ate was debunked and the same thing was happening again w this, which i now know was not true. honestly, it was really was not my intention to come across as supporting ai art at all, because i don’t, and a lot people in my family and close circle are artists, so i naturally would not support something that directly takes careers from artists, genuinely i just couldn’t see what about the cover was ai.

I made those tweets absentmindedly while i was in work, and turned off data to preserve it (i do not have wifi in work yet, and very briefly check twt during the day) i would’ve deleted the post much faster and responded to everyone to clear things up had i seen sooner, i did not mean to cause upset and then run off from it.

Also, i never one said that i supported ai, i really don’t, i am educated on it and very aware of its dangers, i truly did just not believe it was ai, as i explained above my reasons. i had a lot to do when i was home, and despite posting decided to wait to address this later on as i have been talking about the situation w a mutual who studies art in dms to see other opinions.

I completely understand that the way i worded things and went about it was harmful, though my opinions aren’t harmful, because i don’t agree with ai, i dont support it, especially not in creative spaces, i fully understand that from my own fault it came across that way, im no expert, i just truly struggle to see the things people have pointed out in the art, hence why i adamantly believed otherwise, im open to non hostile discussions about it, and i do apologise for being immature, i was being snarky to what i thought was baseless accusations, i didn’t mean to mock people with genuine concerns about ai art, because that’s completely valid, and im very sorry that it came out that way
