i don't have any definite criterias per se (except minors), but i do block very liberally to curate my own tl and avoid drama. mostly people that harass or are rude towards others over fiction, be that shipping discourse or shipping preferences (i.e., if they're unable to ship and let ship and mind their own business while muting and blocking what they don't want to see), or general bigotry (such as virtue signalling and caring more about a fictional character's well-being or honor/characterisation than a real person on the other side of the screen; "XYZ dni" but proceeding to start drama with those very people, etc.). i block people who think verbal abuse or "kys" is ever acceptable, or who bash ships and series that i enjoy. anyone is welcome to interact if they're a decent and respectful adult - i have plenty of moots that ship my NOTPs or have views that i don't quite agree with, but that's alright. if you find yourself blocked or want to know why, you can message me here or on my fanart side acc (@ophidienne) ✌️
