you mean you are taking a little small baby break for one year and then you will start working on masterpieces again because i know for a fact you can’t stop forever (please don’t i will literally die i am not joking even if you are stopping forever lie to me)
I could never stop writing forever. The urge to write is in my blood, it's in my bones, it's in my sinew. I started when I was 9 and I will never fully stop. But I don't want to get burnt out again, so I'm taking a break that will last however long it needs to.
Your words are sweet, however, and slightly concerning. My existing fics are there for you in tough times, I hope if you come back to them after long enough, they can be like new to you as they sometimes are to me. If not, there are still many lovely writers out there who will provide you with new stories to get lost in, I'm sure. ^^
