Depends entirely on how roster turns out, since we anticipate to receive applications predominantly for scouts!

Application ratios will mostly come down to what camp players choose to apply for as opposed to scout/staff ratios, since mechanics rely on the team being composed of various camp members. (e.g., team of four consisting of a Cyrus PC, Orel PC, Ivern PC and Verne PC and so forth.) There isn't a lot of difference between scouts and staff mechanically aside from the added option of conducting classes as a member of staff. The only other restriction is a soft cap on Nexus players for narrative purposes.
