i like them a very notmal amnt bc they have that vague lil trope i like of a depressed butch and her sunshine femme gf (sorry i ship them as lesbians not as guys)

but let me be more specific, i think they would genuinely care very very well for each other in a scenario in which they both exist at the same time. Like, i imagine a sort of maybe time warp thing in which somehow wakami finds her self farther in time to current mithrun times??? does that make sense? its one of those rare scenarios in which i can inagine them ohysically existing ither than either a doppleganger (that octopus thing that marcille used to make her dad) or an alter that only exists in mithruns mind. like imagine that, mithrun knows ALL THE STRUGGLES that wakami faces, the stress and anxiety of constantly feeling hurt by others, and the unimaginable trauma shes gonna face in the future and mithrun knows that with love and kindness wakami doesnt have to fall through the same spiral while at the same time mithrun also can self heal through it
