i think i know EXACTLY what you mean, kizbaiver and kokoro connect i think both did that exact trope and youre so smart!! imagine, that wakami is such a hedonist that the might be giving herself some self-love while mithrun is out there doing something like work or in something important and suddenly feeling all of the things wakami is feeling. i think she’d even do it on purpose.
