sorry to hear that but happy to help! it's a LOT more common than people think it is. i didn't get diagnosed until very recently even though i've known i had it for a while because my intrusive thoughts were so upsetting to me i couldn't even talk about them. and talking about them still sucks, but it does get easier. i just went swimming today for the first time in more than 10 years because i'd been so convinced everyone was looking at me and making fun of me or WHATEVER... i hope you're able to make peace with this fuck ass disorder! best of luck out there!
