My question is, when it comes to source detachment of people within the dsmp , such as bitebur, is it okay for fictives to have a certain degree of connection to his fictional characters but completely denounce and hate the creator?

Hello!! I do apologize for how long it's taken for me to get to this.

Since this is about Shitbur Soot, disconnecting from all of his media in anyway shape and or form (characters from the dsmp [ghostbur, revbur, etc] or personifications) is best. it is his character, someone who he played and acted out. it's still apart of him. I'd say stuff like a face claim of fanart of the characters would be okay but other than that it's best to distance.
