Hello~ will the last few batches of acceptances/rejections be sent out before the end of the 13th? ~ thank you for all the hard work!! I hope all goes smoothly for these last few hours!
We are unsure when we will complete sending all emails because we were not scheduled to begin distributing results until today. But it shouldn't take us much longer because the vast majority of candidates have already been contacted. We will follow up with another announcement once we are done. Please sit tight!

Hi. Are results being sent out in any specific order? For example, artists or writers first, or acceptances first? Or is it random?
Both rejections and acceptances are still being sent out. The process is not completely random, but it lacks any discernible structure.

We've begun the process of mailing people, but are not done yet. To avoid emails showing up in people's spam folders, we must send them in batches. Once all emails have been sent, we will make another announcement. However, because we have made substantial progress, please check your spam folder to ensure you have not received an email yet.

How many poets are being accepted and what style of poetry is preferred (i.e. free or fixed verse)?
You're welcome to submit what you feel are your best works, as we're not looking for a specific style!

Hi, i already applied a few days ago. Perhaps in the future I will have another portfolio images but it may pass from the deadline application. Can I still update a new portfolio in my Gdrive? And how to notice the admin if I uodate my portfolio?
Under the assumption that we'll evaluate applications the moment apps close, if you do chose to update your portfolio before the 31st you're welcome to do so. No need to contact us!

Unfortunately not. We chose and contacted our guests before applications opened.

Why do you have some many artist on board already? Isn't the application process still ongoing? ;-;
The application process is still ongoing, however, we've taken the time to invite a number of lovely guest writers/artists to be a part of the zine. All in all, we'll pick about as many applicants as there are guests.

Sorry for asking this. But are all artists regardless of amount of followers allowed to enter or be given a fair chance? I have had previous experiences of popularity bias in the past and i was wondering so i can have peace of mind. :)
Absolutely! All contributors are welcome to apply, regardless of following! Applicants will be judged on skill.

How long is the review process? And will you let the applicator know if you reject or accept them?
Application results will go out on January 13th, and anyone who submitted a portfolio will receive an email regarding their acceptance status into the zine.

If they are two versions (SFW/NSFW), will they contain completely different arts or will the NSFW version be the SFW content with additional NSFW content? Or the other way round, do we need to buy both versions to get all (N)SFW content?
There will be two separate editions of the zine: SFW and NSFW, with each geared towards their respective rating (I.E. the NSFW edition will contain suggestive material, the SFW will not contain any NSFW content).

Question related to artist applications! Is it alright if our application samples do not include wriothesley or Neuvillette, but meet all the other artist criteria (fully rendered, illustration, complex backgrounds)? Thank you for your time!
We'd prefer if the samples contained at least either Wriothesley or Neuvillette so we'd have an idea of your ability to capture them, but if you feel as if your best works aren't of them then that's alright too!
