I'm a new m0a and bmjnist and I can't imagine what the blue hour era must've been like for you vets. Like the amount of moments we got in 2024 is insane I don't know how you survived 2020 where you were starving for crumbs 😭😭 praying 2025 bmjn feeds us well too

laksjdhflakjsdfhlkdjsf i cant believe i've actually fooled you into thinking i'm a vet, i've only actually been here since the end of 2021/start of 2022 so i came in with bmjn full throttle following 0x1ls/lolo eras, with all of the thigh gripping and 'i'll be with you on the last day of the world'isms. technically, the ones who've been around longer will be quick to tell you that bmjn has always been "full throttle", and only bh era was the one with a noticeable gap, per se. there's always been a copious amount of bmjn save late 2019, and we should always be grateful that they've been so sweet and obsessed with each other from the get go! that said, i do think i've experienced /some/ stretches of time with very little bmjn since i've been here (like mid-2022 iirc) but they've always made up for it. and 2024 has been incredibly /incredibly/ good to us.

if im being honest (and this is not based on anything you've said, this is just me following my train of thought), when i think about future bmjnisms, i think we should (a) never take their friendship/relationship for granted, but also (b) never hold it up to expectations, past or future. people always change, and their relationships always evolve. i think the worst thing to do as a bmjnist is to think they will always be who you want them to be. it does them, their dynamic, and the beauty of their constantly changing and evolving individual selves a disservice if you expect them to be how they are in your head all the time. they themselves are constantly changing, and that's why being a bmjnist is so fun, you know? you never know what they'll be giving you next, individually and together, and the surprise and spontaneity of it all is what keeps me fascinated by them still, after all this time!

that said, im the same as you -- i too hope 2025 bmjn feeds us well <3
