hey i just wanted to let you know that therapists shouldn't be looking at your social medias even if you give it to them, it's a sign of poor boundaries from the therapist. idk if i just read wrong but yeah if they're mentioning they looked at it in their free time that is definitely a red flag. just looking out as someone who has had a therapist with poor boundaries who ended up traumatizing me
