i used twinote for OTP, but i know some ppl made their own graphics and templates. and if i ever do a socmed au again i would consider that option cause resetting times etc was a bit of a pain in the butt. i know there's fake apps for different socmeds tho, so if you're looking for something outside of twt formatting maybe somebody else can help 💛
