fr i saw someone earlier talking abt how yungi aren’t as close anymore bc mingi told yun to check his messages and how matz are probably just colleagues bc they didn’t hang out as much last year and it’s insane to me… if u have a friend group irl yk how friendships are, they have ups and downs and might as well have breaks… they’re humans too despite how much we’re sold the perfect humans shit by the industry. they can fall out of friendships and get close again, they can hold grudges against eo, they can be insecure in their friendships etc. and i always see yh get shit on for not fully catering to mingi, and first of all i think it’s normal for yh to not always choose mg bc he’s a person outside of their friendship and secondly if mg had a problem w that he’d have long ago stopped talking abt yh as if he put the stars and the moon in the sky. and i also don’t get why yh gets shit for being lovey with all the members when mg himself does have times when he hangs out more w yeosang, other times w jongho etc… it’s almost like they’re real ppl dear god
i literally could not have said any of this better myself...it's so sad that people become so invested in rpf that they forget atz are real people outside of that. they have multidimensional relationships just like we do so it shouldn't turn into some sort of lover's quarrel whenever they aren't catering to fanservice or ship content...yunho playing the tsundere and mingi openly pouring his affection into yunho is nothing new but now yunho is suddenly mean and rude for playing into that dynamic recently? has that not always been how their friendship has been portrayed? but regardless all of the members allowed to have ups and downs in their friendships without everyone flipping their shit...this is like when woosaners talk about woosan breaking up whenever they don't talk about each other for 3 business days like omg GIVE IT UP. people's ideas of friendship is so warped over here they forget that this is supposed to be for fun and our harmless shipping should not infringe on the way we view and respect these artists
