I don't see it too different from their usual relationship if I'm honest. Haruka would just be more prone to acting from his jealousy and "putting Touma in his place", which he kind of already does a little bit?... Maybe I can imagine him more toxic and possessive actually, hmm... I really haven't thought about their dynamic when switched before tbh...
