Have there been any games or other experiences that have invoked the same amount of investment for you as Xenogears? Been searching for years for something to scratch the same itch...

the only thing that rivals my love for xenogears is the manga yokohama kaidashi kikou, but it’s not much at all like xenogears in terms of storytelling and whatnot… lol but if u trust my taste i wholeheartedly recommend it
