In summary, the books have just arrived to our shipping mod's home safely and in good condition, joining most of our merch! However, almost all of the enamel bookmarks are B-grades or worse, due to dust, color transfer, spillage, droplets, or bubbles. We are still trying to work out a solution or refund with the manufacturer, but it is proving to be somewhat difficult.
