Look for things with Acetaminophen like Tylenol, and start taking them. Make a game out of it, see how many you can take at once. Start at 5, then 6 after that and keep going up by one each time. If you have any liquid medicine in your cabinet like nyquill use that instead of water. After that go to sleep and hopefully never wake up. Waking up in immense pain and nausea would also be a good outcome but then you'd be able to call for medical help
