Hmmm! Zoro x Luffie ( fem luffy ) headcanons....
They're pretty much similar to Zoro x Luffy ones... so let me see.

• Zoro is more easily jealous, because Luffie is strangely more magnetic to men. Like, they think Luffie is really cute especially with her tomboy charms. So Zoro is more..... overly protective to Luffie's obliviousness. Luffie ofcourse can take care of herself like default Luffy, but it doesn't stop Zoro from growling at almost ANYONE flirting with her.
• Luffie's favorite food i like to mix with what Odacchi designed for her. a mix of healthy salad AND meat. Luffie loves it both. Especially Veggie wrapped meats.
• Luffie is more sweetly affectionate and doting, towards Zoro. Unlike ZoroxLuffy who acts like besties, When Luffie is with Zoro, they DO act like a couple. Very lovely dovey and so Zoro here is more embarrassed. Luffie more caring, not just as a girlfriend but like a wife!!!! example when Zoro gets dirt on his face, Luffie WILL clean that. Unless they're in an intense battle of course.
• Luffie isn't afraid to let her femininity take over, especially when they met Nami and Luffie saw Nami use her beauty and charm to her advantage, Luffie learns from her and starts to use it as a weapon now as well. (So she also starts taking care of herself). To Zoro's horror. The first time Luffie used it, she made the cutest puppy dog eyes.... to Sanji. To get free food for her crew at Baratie. It is successful. To Nami's amusement, Usopp's awe and Zoro's envy. and all Luffie can think of " oh! this is effective! this is useful! hell yeah! new weapon acquired " AHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
• Luffie doesnt care if her hair grow but due to them being pirates and always get in to battle, Luffie cuts it short.
• Luffie, when shes in her red days, she cant stretch her body much, ( look. as a female, im sure this will be the case ), she can stretch her arms. do punches but her lower parts? gomu gomu balloon? nope. It would become too uncomfortable for her. That's when Zoro covers her and got her back. He knows. Also getting hit by anything during that time, would leave purple marks on her, bruise. But due to her fast healing , of course, it only lasts a day and gone the next.
• majority of this is Luffie headcanons since i think Zoro won't change much, only that he is more extremely overprotective. More than ZoroxLuffy counterpart. but Luffie finds this adorable, her reason, the way Zoro scrunch up his nose when he's frowny is cute. Its an excuse for her to kiss him lots.

Well, In terms of characters included in the pairing, technically yes, it includes the same characters. But the difference is more on the STRICT positional dynamics. I think I have rambled about this!

The character's name who goes first, is on the left, is the top and the second name, on the right, is the bottom, so
ZoLu is the ship name for topZoro x bottom Luffy
while Luzo is topLuffy x bottomZoro.
the eastern fandom uses this organized tags because they value the positional dynamics.
So know when you see any asian artists, jp / cn / kr / etc.. used these tags, know they mean it strictly.
Of course this applies to all pairings !

Oh oh! I feel as if I've rambled many of my headcanons for them already at X. But let me see...

ZoLu headcanons:
- Zoro even when he's eating, would prioritize Luffy, that he would offer Luffy food every time. Feeding him the food he's holding. This is why Luffy in turn would offer food/feed food to Zoro in return, and only to Zoro. Give and take.
- Luffy waits for Zoro to go to bed, seeing as how he's a night owl, Luffy ends up sleeping next to Zoro at the Crow's nest/ watch tower, already turning the bench there into his own bed, and Zoro would ruffle Luffy's hair as he sleep to help relax his nerves. This is a habit now.
- Zoro and Luffy shares sash wardrobe. they have all colors but their favorites are the purples ones.
- In mornings, it's already a ritual for them to wash their faces and bush their teeth together. Although Zoro would brush Luffy's teeth since Luffy is too sleepy to move much in the morning.
- Sometimes, Zoro and Luffy would spar once they reach an island. Like, simple martial arts kind of sparring , less on the use of devil fruits and weapons. At first The crew would bet who would win but once they noticed how both always ends up tie, they stopped 😂
- Majority of the time, Zoro and Luffy just acts like two close best friends, but their holding hands and kisses gives away the fact that yes, they are together.
- Ever since whiskey peak, Luffy listens more to Zoro now and the two is much more honest to one another. That if Luffy is asleep when he's about to decide on something regarding battle, he would wake Luffy first. He wont say anything but he just rather Luffy sees what he's about to do, and Luffy now more observant would know what's happening and smiles at Zoro to simply say " hell yeah go for it "
- Zoro and Luffy shares everything. Since time skip. Zoro was about to tell Luffy about thriller bark one day but Luffy told him, since Luffy could see he's nervous, that he shouldn't say anything unless he's ready. and that Luffy would wait so Zoro shouldn't be stressed about it.

a more nsfw headcanon
- Zoro is always the h-rny one for his captain > 7 <) but his amazing self control just make him seem like he's not into spicy sexy times. I've rambled about this.
- Luffy does love doing it with Zoro. His drive just isn't that high like Zoro
- they have tried to switch, just once, but Luffy prefers Zoro topping all because of the reason, he loves to see Zoro take control of him, be his 'captain'. And another reason was because Luffy said ' Zoro is better with swords after all ' (laughs)
- Zoro uses Haki from time to time :'D, as per Luffy's request.
- Luffy is the crazy one who keeps asking Zoro to try things. To Zoro's amusement honestly.
- Sometimes, Luffy wears a customized wrist cuff ( not chained, kinda like Aladdin genie cuffs ) made of sea prism to avoid himself stretching and they can have a more natural love making.
- both have crazy stamina so they can either go for hours and a whole day. but more often than not, they just recover fast and gets out of bed too easily.
- Zoro is very sweet with after care a lot. He loves to shower Luffy with kisses. Like he is just so sweet and gentle after they're done. Luffy loves this a lot.
- They also tend to stare at each other's face / eyes at the aftermath. They're just so in love with one another, yknow?
