since Haladroth is fused to his suit and it's part of his body and all, is it possible for his ceramite to be ticklish?
The ceramite parts of him aren't ticklish even though he can feel through it like normal skin. However, you can find the right spots if you manage to wiggle your fingers into the right spots... if you dare...

Does haladroth have any preferred flavors/foods? My first thought is he might have a sweet tooth but that might be because of his hummingbird tongue situation
Haladroth loves his sweets, but he's definitely more of a savory-sweet/umami person. Big hunks of meat, cooked or raw, slathered with spices and sauces (with occasional veggies) are his favorite kinds of foods. They're the kind of favorite foods where he's torn between eating it like a dignified, polite warlord, and eating it like a wild, starving gator.

If you don't mind me asking, what would Haladroth's or Villosk's voice sound like? Would they be based on existing characters?
Haladroth's voice is deep, rumbling, and kind of like a gator where standing close to him lets you /feel/ his voice. Surprisingly, for a guy without lips, he can enunciate very well with his mutated vocal cords. The voiceclaim I've got for him is Gravemind from the Halo series.
Villosk's voice is low and raspy, and he always sounds like he's up to something (because he is). Surprise, surprise, I've got Steve Blum's Starscream from TF:Prime as Villosk's voiceclaim. I just couldn't resist.

gotta love haladroth's Big Size for various reasons, one of which being his ability to manhandle (affectionately) pretty much any astartes with his big claw hands. this is ideal.

I'm curious if Haladroth interacts with non-astartes humans aligned with chaos, particularly ones outside of the enthralling flames (my only visualization is just the how are you that small meme)
He does, and he’s as flirty as ever. Whether it’s to seduce the leader another warband to his side, or steal cultists from another faith, Haladroth doesn’t let those opportunities pass. He’s pretty different from other warlords by having a huge soft spot for mortals and being incredibly gentle where he can, which helps makes the Enthralling Flames more enticing to join for people looking to escape a bad situation.

How do Haladroth and the rest of his warband get along with worshipers of other chaos gods? Are there any they would prefer to have to interact with over others?
(Also unrelated question but how mad would Haladroth be if someone started calling him 'Hal' in jest)
Haladroth is cordial with other legions as long as they show the same courtesy with him. After all, being friendly with other warbands right off the bat gives him a good excuse to throw parties, forge alliances, and most importantly, get some recruitment opportunities...
Overall, he prefers keeping company with other Slaaneshi warbands, but he isn't opposed to accommodating the odd Khornate host if they even answer his coms. He'll show off his gardens to the Nurgle folk (with cultists keeping the incense and mop buckets close by). And he and Villosk'll exchange knowledge and artifacts with sorcerers of Tzeentch. Word Bearers are on thin fucking ice though, if Haladroth thinks they're out to convert anyone in his warband. As long as weapons stay holstered outside of fighting pits, everything's chill with Haladroth.
Also Hala is nothing but amused by nicknames, even if they're mocking or come from complete strangers. He'd make a comment about becoming familiar with the person so soon and turn it around on them with flirting.

How does Villosk interact with sorcerers outside of his warband? Is he eager to meet another sorcerer, hostile to competition, or something else? (Definitely not asking cause I have a sorcerer of my own locked and loaded to doodle)
Villosk is a prickly little guy. If he meets another sorcerer from another warband, he’ll be cordial, but definitely still cold and aloof. But if a new psyker joins the warband, he’s only slightly more friendly to them, if only to avoid making enemies and hopefully learn a few new tricks. Even when he warms up to people, he’d still be very sarcastic and show-offish about his own talents.
Anyway, ya got an oc to interact with him, eh 👀👀👀👀
