Let’s put it this way: I’d have had to have been kidnapped to be in an Uber in the first place(!), so I’m one step ahead already. Secondly, dismember me how? While he’s driving? Is he stopping at an abandoned warehouse somewhere? The old gasworks maybe? Taking me to his house with the polythene sheet all laid out ready in the cellar? And dismember me with what? A chainsaw? Not powerful enough - it’s not like the movies. Too noisy - especially in a confined space (is he even wearing ear protection?!) And too messy - bits flying everywhere! A bone saw’s what you need - but cutting up a whole body takes a lot of effort (so I’ve heard). I hope he’s been working on his upper body strength. But he has to bump me off first, doesn’t he? Does he do that in the car? Does he drag me out of the car kicking and screaming? (Good luck with that, mate.) Does he shoot me? Strangle me? Stab me? Gas me? If he’s doing it in the car it’s got to be something reasonably clean - because an exploded head makes a lot of mess. I’m thinking strangulation. It’s difficult to strangle someone in a car if you’re in the front and your victim is in the back, and you’re trying not to make a mess. It means you have to climb over the seats or get out of the car - either way, there’s a major escape opportunity there. And if they’re taking you someplace to be killed and threatening you with a gun/knife to keep quiet until you get there, then the first time they stop you’re out of that car - or at the very least kicking up enough of a fuss that passers by/other motorists notice and come to your aid. What’s he going to do: kill you? He’s going to do that anyway! You have nothing to lose.
