Bush authorized torture for intell gathering purposes, even John McCain said it was ineffective and amoral. Not to mention in violation of the Geneva convention. The worse thing he did was force a former General to lie to the UN so he could start a war. That doesn't come anywhere close to the collateral from drone strikes. IMO the worst thing Obama did was continue the Patriot Act, that and Operation Fast and Furious. As horrible as the orange dipshit is, his only saving grace was not having started a war. And it looks like he started one at the worst possible time.
