Hello! Will you be sharing how many applications you receive for each contributor type?

Hello! Once applications close, we'll announce the total number of our applications! ✨

Hello! I’m filling in the acceptance form (yay!!!) but I’m a little confused on what exactly a credit name is 😅

Hello! 🌙
Your credit name is the name you want us to basically credit you as for anything regarding the zine! This name is what we will use to call you publicly like in Twitter posts as well. An example can be if you go by multiple names, if you use an online alias, or prefer for us to always refer to you as your username on Twitter posts instead of your name. It's just let us know which one you'd like to use when we refer to you publicly or credit you for anything! :)

Hello! Sorry if this is a silly question, but I'm a little confused about the writer application - for the portfolio, is that just a link to a collection of multiple works? Like should I put a link to my ao3 account, for example? I guess I'm just a little confused because the application form doesn't seem to explain what the portfolio is for!

Hello, don't worry, it's not a silly question at all!

For the writer application, like you mentioned, a portfolio can be a link to your Ao3 account! It can even be other things like a Twitter moments link, a Google Drive folder, or a masterthread of all your works. Whichever is best for you! There are lots of options you can use, but it's just basically a place where the mods can review other works that you may not have included in your required examples if needed. :)

We hope that answers your question! 💫

Hello, just wanted to ask since artist apps are opening soon, do we have to have space related pieces in our portfolio? Like is that a requirement?

Hello, apologies for the delayed response! Space-related pieces are not required for your portfolio/samples. Please feel free to choose the illustrations that you think best showcase your work! For further guidance, you might find the Criteria section on our Carrd helpful:

Hi I have a few questions about the writer applications. For the portfolio, are there any restrictions? Like length, or SFW/NSFW, or published/unpublished?

Hello! There are no restrictions on the portfolio contents, but we ask that you tag all works appropriately (e.g., NSFW, content warnings, etc.) and ensure that your link(s) are accessible to the mods. You may use a link to a Google Drive folder or an AO3 account, or another method of choice! Portfolios will be used as a supplement to the 3 writing samples you send in. On the other hand, the 3 writing samples do have specific guidelines, which are outlined in the form. Best of luck!

Hello, just passing by to say I love the graphics and the palette so much! Meanwhile the space facts so far with seokjin and yoongi feed the science nerd in me haha. I can't wait to see what the zine and contributors will have in store ❤️

We're so, so glad that you're enjoying all the content!! Our mods @goavajuice and @prismamin work really hard, so thank you for the kind words and support! It means the world!🌙
