hello! there are still a few decks that have not been shipped. if you haven't received a shipping notification, your deck is likely one of these, but if you DM us your order number, we can always double check for you.

Hi I’ve ordered the first batch of the deck in 2022 and I’ve received a tracking number in December 2023. I live in Canada so I want to know when the decks will be shipped to us?

Hello! If you ordered from batch 2, this should be the case! If you ordered from batch 1, I believe the only orders we haven't finished shipping out are the Canadian ones. If none of these sound like you, please let us know and we will check on your order for you!

I received an email 6 days ago saying my order was shipped, but UPS seems to not be able to track it using the tracking number provided. Is it possible I have the wrong tracking #?

Hello! If you live in Canada, it's possible that we had to recreate the shipping label, as Canadian customs require different documentation. In that case, we had to cancel those labels and reprint them differently, which might explain this issue. If you ARENT from Canada, please send us a DM so we can check the order for you 😭

Hi, I just recieved my deck and I just wanted to reach out and thank all of you for putting so much work into such an incredible product. I am so very pleased with the final result, but I know that the journey there was rough. Thank you all again for the hard work and I hope you are all proud of what you accomplished.
