He wouldn't attack the kids- during Weirdmageddon, I haven't nailed down specifics, but the worst he did to Bea was either force her to play happy family with him against her will, or put her in a bubble like Mabel's while he figured out what to do. By the time he gets to having others, he wouldn't want to hurt them either.
He's lost contact with the Hechmaniacs and wouldn't want to bring them back after they let him rot in the Theraprism for over a century, so he'd want to rule with his family. However, if they strongly resisted, he might be a bit more likely to actually listen at that point, although he'd certainly try to convince them that that since he's better he can do it differently now.

Maybe makes little to no sense but preemptive WG before pregnancy. Character about to or planning to be pregnant soon adding pounds and pounds on to make a nice soft place for babies to grow, lots of reserve for babies to draw from and it’s cushion and protection
I’ve definitely thought about that with Blitz before! Its nice to think of with Bill too, or anyone. It’s a really cute idea that I like a lot in general, whether it’s helping to stabilize their weight because they’re under what they should be or wanting to gain a few pounds because they think it’ll help with the baby- or they just want to.
