Do you believe the term "male gaze" & sometimes "female gaze" should be used for ridiculing anyone reading yuri or BL series or that it has become an abused calling person who's not LGBTQ irl when said person is not an actual bigot/hypocrite?

I don't think it should honestly. "Male gaze" "female gaze" it's all subjective. What someone will find objectionable in Yuri/BL works will not be how other people perceive it. And the same can be said for other series that aren't otherwise LGBTQ. The only people who go on with these claims are people living in their own bubble without considering both sides of the argument; they're tone-deaf.
