Sorry if this sounds rude; if you find yourself unable to properly respond to something because it was asked anonymously, what do you expect out of this website?
I don't mind anonymous questions, and of course I realize that the majority of them will be anonymous (and they certainly have been). But when questions start getting really personal, I'm just not sure what I'm supposed to say, and just... throwing personal information out toward a stranger feels awkward enough on its own, but even moreso when said stranger has neither an avatar nor name attached to their question. I guess I was just more expecting questions about my art and my OCs or stuff like that and not super personal questions about me as a person, ya know? Not that I mind answering questions about myself, but it just seems like some of the questions I've been getting are a little more personal than I'd like, and I'm not really sure what someone expects when they anonymously ask me if I have a boyfriend or what my sexual preference is or anything else that's that personal.
I hope I hadn't seemed rude myself with the way I've answered some of those questions, but I'm just not entirely sure HOW to answer those questions. But I guess I've opened myself up to, like, pretty much any and all questions just by having a RetroSpring? I dunno, I mean... I also usually take a million years to answer these submissions, too. ^^;;

How would Kasumi and Saiyuri respond to their fans if they asked for their autograph, a picture, hug, etc?
They'd both respond rather differently to each.
Kasumi would feel a bit embarrassed but flattered if someone asked for her autograph, probably the same for a picture, and might be a bit apprehensive to a hug (at least coming from a complete stranger, as close friends are a completely different story).
Sayuri would be rather bubbly, excited, and fully accepting of all three.

between 1 - 10 how well can Kasumi break the Fourth wall
I guess it depends on the drawing. I know that back when I was thinking of creating a comic story with some of my OCs (with Amelie being the main character and Kasumi being a supporting character), I wasn't gonna have any fourth-wall breaking or anything like that. But I have my OCs breaking the fourth-wall here and there in different pieces of artwork I've done over the years. I can't really quantify how well any of them are at breaking the fourth-wall, as it just depends on the picture I'm drawing and what I'm trying to do with said picture.

Why do you hate Ingrid?
I'm not sure what you're talking about. Which Ingrid? Fire Emblem Ingrid? I've never shown any reason for anyone to think I hate that character. Ingrid from Capcom Fighting Evolution? I don't hate her, either, though I guess a sentiment I've made before could probably be misconstrued. I simply stated that I don't consider her a Street Fighter character anymore than D.D. or Rook, and her appearance in Alpha 3 MAX seems like more a fun guest-character kinda thing. While I don't consider her a Street Fighter character, I do still like her, and I think it'd be cool if in the future Capcom made another crossover fighter and included her (and maybe also D.D. and Rook who were scrapped from CFE). Anywho, those are the only 2 Ingrids I can think of, and I don't hate either of them.

What are the non school uniform clothing preferences for Kasumi, Amelie, and Sayuri? Along with Aailiyah, and Meixu? Tops, leg bottoms, socks and other footwear below their calves, gloves, etc.
Honestly, it's a bit hard to come up with tastes this specific for my characters. I mean, I guess I have a sort of general vibe in mind for each character, but by and large I tend to just draw on the spot whatever I think would look good on them without betraying their character. Whenever I don't just go with their "default" outfits, anyway.
