Will the people who have not had their items shipped to them yet receive an email stating there is a delay or is it safe to assume if you haven't gotten a tracking number at this point, you are included? Thank you and good luck with the rest of fulfillment!

Yes! We will email all buyers an address change form before shipping starts. You may also email us at any time before our address change deadline with your order number and your new address.

Is it okay if my portfolio showcases more than 10 artworks or should we limit the number of pieces?
The 10 piece limit is not strict, but please don't go over too much. Please keep it under 15 pieces max if you must go over 10.

hello, sorry if this has been asked before- for writer applications, do you consider ao3 accounts that have their fics set to 'registered users only' as private? should someone send an ao3 link as one of their samples, should they set said fic to be visible to anons as well?
Fics set to registered users only do not count as private! Don't worry, the mods have AO3 accounts, so we are able to access all ao3 links.

Do ALL of the illustration apps have to be with full backgrounds or is it ok to just have say 4 or 5?

Hello! I was planning on applying as a page artist until I saw the indication "no graphic design" for backgrounds. I'm not sure where's the limit: Is it possible to have an explanation of what you consider graphic design backgrounds that are not accepted? (I see 1. simple shapes or 2. repeated patterns or intricate shapes (like in 1920s f.e.) or 3. assets like flowers, foliage, architectural elements, frames like a Mucha lithography... to say I don't know where would be the limit)
We would like to see examples of your illustrated backgrounds, as the expected contribution for the zine is a piece with an illustrated background. Here are some elaborations that we hope will help you:
- We would prefer not to see solid color or simple shapes as the background for pieces meant to showcase your backgrounds.
- Premade assets are acceptable, but should not dominate your work.
- No in-game screenshots.

Hi there, for the writer application, I have a oneshot that I would like to submit as a sample. I read in the carrd that all samples should be between 1.5k to 2k. However, this oneshot is 2.7k, and due to the short length of the piece and its formatting as a collection of short scenes, it is difficult to cut it down into an excerpt that feels complete on its own. Would it be okay to just submit the whole piece and let you make the decision on how much to read, or should I still go with a cutdown version? Also, just to clarify, do all works in the portfolio have to meet that word count limit or only the submitted samples?
Hello! Per our application guidelines, all works that are submitted as samples and portfolio pieces are to be within 1.5k-2k words, as that is the estimated word count for fics featured in the zine. Please ensure that all your pieces fit within this criteria, thank you!
