Do cebbies often disagree on different things, or do they naturally come to the same answer cause they share the same body?

sometimes they agree, sometimes they do things equally cause they cannot stand their sisters crying or angry.

Are the cebbuies connected mentally? Can they read each other's minds? How they control their body? ♥

They dont share the same thoughts but can only sense what the other if feeling! and to control their body, it's usually by sharing or the battle of the minds for control, like who gets to do the thing they want first!
