who is your fave nct solo release so far?
probably ten's cause it felt the most authentic and had the clearest creative vision (even though im not too obsessed with the horror lab guy concept) plus the highest percentage of listenable songs compared to the other solo albums. after him probably jaehyun as a close second, and ty's shalala as the far third but only for the bsides. i hated the title track

not the anon asking about jt moment but your "tn seems unaware of it and jny is so aware" IS SO ON POINT. you sometimes can see the calculated move from jny like a bit hesitate but sometimes he just.. surrender to his devil inside him (ex: smtown where he lifted both tn and yy)

johnny would not have looked as bothered with being perceived around ten as he is if it was gay for pay ddkjkjhds. like wayv's onstage fanservice or that exo next door show is just about how far sm will take it imo and how inventive they can be about it. i don't think they could've given them tasks like 'be subtly in each other's orbit but not too outwardly close', like this is silly. call me delulu but to me their gravity looks 100% natural to the point where ten seems unaware of it and johnny is so aware it is making him want to be away from prying eyes sdskjsds

i’m asking this because i can’t tell if you like ten more since it seems like you rarely have anything critical to say about him or you like johnny more and that’s why you’re so hard on him about literally everything lmao.
not sure what to say cause i'm not really interested in finding an 'ideal' johnny cause that's just flat and boring. ig the ideal johnnys are the ones i'm creating in my fic. i would say their common denominator is that they care and show it x) not saying irl johnny doesn't but we're just inherently not privy to everything that happens in his relationships with ppl, unlike in fic where i can set everything up how i want it

what do u do when u get overwhelmed by ur responsibilities? (i’m a grown woman and i cry over school before bed + have scarily realistic nightmares that i did bad on assignments every night… esp if i take a couple days off from studying)
nonnie i'm so sorry you're experiencing this but idk if i'll be of much help here. i've never experienced an academic/work environment that stressful :( ig what i have to say is that unless your field is related to saving lives (medicine or law ig) your school performance really doesn't matter as much. and if it is related to saving lives... the current assignments can't be scarier than what you'll have to do in the field x) that's not what you probably wanted to hear but ig it shows how i actually cope with stress. i rationalize and trivialize it to the point where i'm like "there's no point to have emotions about this any longer. i have a risk prevention plan for handling what is in my control, and i have no power over what is not in my control, so there's no point in stressing over it. continue with the plan and fuck it." but my therapist says it's not a very good tactic cause i'm supposed to express my emotions not repress them with logic :\ so maybe your approach is healthier actually. we can't win either way
