YES HELLO BRUSH ANON! For procreate brush packs, my reccs would be a bit outdated because i havent really used procreate in a long time!
id say jingsketch is an ultimate procreate standard and one of my old favorite sketch brushes comes from one of the packs i think? (pencil from jing sketch pack)
another procreate classic pack would have to be max ulichney's maxpacks!!! i myself dont have all of them, but the first set i ever bought was the gouache maxpack and i still use it sometimes to this day!!!
I got my ross draws for free bec someone was sharing it on twitter, but it does have a couple of cool brushes within it :3c
a recent pack ive seen floating around belongs to @/twulfs on twt!! they have a massive pack with a lot of different effects in it
another brush pack i use just for the effects (but maybe youd like the cool textured brushes in it too) belong to NeimyKanani!!!
if you have some more specific preferences (smooth brushes, textured brushes, effects, etc) i would love to share and talk about brushes 🤍

OK here's my thots on SKZMESHI who's who.. 🤓
Laios = Chan. My first thought was hannie for the odd fixations, but he appears to be a picky eater. 2nd thought was Changbin, but he's too practical and socially aware. Chan i think would be really curious to try these foods WHILE also being interested in the biology as a "fun fact" kinda guy
Marcille = Han for being squeamish/picky, but also sooo bad ass at his talent (magic.) Devoted to his friends.
Chilchuck = Seungmin. cynical, untrusting, but also somehow a father of 3 kids. Easy pickin
Senshi = lee know.. man of few words unless Yap Mode is on. Values FOOD and NUTRITION!! Changbin could also be Senshi to me, easily.
Itsuzumi = I.N. Easily peeved, "dislikes skinship", driven and doesn't want to rely on the group, but has to. Begrudingly acknowledges he loves his family <3 lol
Falin (pre-eaten) = Felix. Innately good at what he does and brings warmth to every interaction. Has some weird interests but everyone just loves him.
Shuro = Hyunjin. A romantic at heart~~ not a lot to work with but i see him in this spot lol

alot of my own takes were mostly aesthetics / less on the food aspect of it (sorry senshi) bec obvs i have to draw them DFJKSLFJS BUT
- laios chan -- DEFINITELYYYYYYYYYYY ... literally perfect match imo-- good natured guy who def has a bias towards people he loves (laios-falin, chan-members) might get misunderstood by people who dont really know him !!! (unfortunate) also "fun fact" kind of guy is so him too imagine all the bbls of him just giving out random tidbits of info T__T SELFISHLY i also just love the final look of laios in the manga iykyk
- marcille - INTERESTINGGG i didnt take into consideration that jisung is also a picky eater-- i picked hyunjin personally bec he was very vocal about his distaste in eggplants and he also surprisingly has a lot of food opinions 🤔 jisung to me would be very izutsumi in this case bec they both prefer snacks / have strong preferences for food !!! both def would be so badass at magic!!! i think its why i also gave thistle as an idea for jisung bec the two dark magic mages... SO COOL !!!!
- chilchuck seungmin im in tears. i gave it to jisung in my drawing just for fun and bec of the visuals but JDSKLFJ SEUNGMIN DOES MAKE SENSEEEEEEEE... literally so cynical but deeply cares for the members and wants the best for them... ALSO HIS THREE CHILDREN STOPPP
- senshi - minbin. SAME THOUGHTS,.,,, i kept pitching senshi minho to my priv bec senshi is my fav character and obvs im a lee know bias BUT I FELT LIKE NO ONE ELSE SAW THE VISION.... watching the anime did reinforce the possibility for changbin-- but i also like the idea of namari changbin!!! another character really dedicated to their craft (namari - weapons / changbin - fitness ? jutdae?? )
- IZU IN... SO GOOD ACTUALLY I SEE IT.. i also gave izu to minho bec i like the parallels of being last to join the group, cats..., and badassery,, but i feel like izu's begrudging nature (lovingly) is so similar to jeongin... THIS IS A GOOD IDEA !!! personally i gave mithrun to jeongin bec white hair.... hes so perfect... also the concept of jeongin would have been a leader of another group had chan not picked him so i felt like he would also fit being in another team???
- Falin -- falin is the one person i was so split on !! but ultimately i agree with felix ! (chicken) . I initially thought seungmin would be a good pre-start of the series falin ? like the academia falin... (also just think seungmin would look good in falin's attire) but current timeline would be sooo felix... HED LOOK SO COOL!!! also chanlix dynamic <333
- SHURO.... honestly i overlooked him in the initial assignment of members... HYUNJIN WOULD BE SO !!! i think in terms of romantics changbin might fit him too lmao w the way he chases after falin lol ,, i think hyunjin would suit him best too though 🤔

Would you ever consider doing a jsvng facial study?? I find him really hard to draw😭😭😭 and your drawings of him are so accurate :)
omg ive been asked to do skz face studies before and im so SORRY !!! honestly i find my artstyle to be quite inconsistent (despite what other people may think) so by the time I make my guides I feel like theyre already outdated 😭ive attempted making them so many times now and i quit halfway each time🙇🙇🙇 i actually did post a sort of jisung facial study like WAYYY back in 2020-- but jisung himself has also changed alot since that time!!!
my personal notes for jisung are: wider/rounder cheeks (sharper near the eyes, ends around his mouth), his eyelid forms bumps at the outer corners, and his iconic heart lips & mole! I know a written desc doesnt compare to an actual study but 🙇 maybe one day!!!! im so sorry 😭

hi heidi!! hope you're doing well :) I wanted to ask, I'm not an artist but I do draw for fun when I get the time. Do you have any recommendations inorder to improve my drawing skills or any tutorials that I can follow? It can be some tips that has helped you grow as an artist! because I absolutely loooove your art style and your art makes me want to draw as well!
hello friend!!! hmm i think one of the ways i got to (personally) improve was by looking at other artists as inspiration! Obviously not to copy or plagiarize, but by looking at their artstyles and techniques and picking ones that I would like to see in my own art. For example, I really really like stylized proportions and black lineart (whereas others may like the look of hyperpop colors, muted colors, more on the realism side, anime side etc) :3c I try to look at various artists across different fandoms so that it keeps me going and inspired!! (I find that if you just use One artist as inspo you start to tread on the near artstyle - theft area lmao,,,)
Another big thing that helps for me since I have aphantasia is to use a lot of references! I have a pinterest board for nearly everything -- artworks that inspire me, clothing reference, art tips, photography, color inspos, etc!!!
For tutorials I really just recommend watching a lot of speedpaints since it helps you breakdown how other artists think while painting!! I linked a few in this ask awhile ago i dont use alot of socmed outside of twitter but i find instagram and tiktok have a lot of inspiring speedpaints :0 !
And lastly, always try to have fun!!! 💖 it makes me so happy to hear that my silly lil skz drawings makes you want to draw too 🥺❣️my actual secret to improving is having a hyperfixation for 4 years straight over minho LMAOOO,,, drawing should be a fun activity where you can always experiment to your hearts desire!!! happy drawing and good luck!!! 🍀

HIII!! this is probably gonna sound a bit weird (atleast it feels like it now that im typing this out) but ive been struggling so hard with drawing any skz members to the point that i was at my wits end lmao. BUUTT i decided to take a step back and actually study how other artist draw them, yet it was still so so so confusing to me until i found your art a few days ago and just by looking at your art it has helped me improve so much???? Like idk how to explain this in english but after looking at your art i understand their facial structures so much more?? ANYWAYS LONNNGG story short thank you for helping me draw skz even though you didnt intend to xx ily pls never stop drawing <3<3<3

OH NO FRIEND!!! I tried to go on yt to see if there are any tutorials and while disclaimer, i did not watch this through (help) the sections that a y e o o p s seems really good and covers alot of ground!!! YT LINK. Recently too kuroshiro has a bunch of informative vids on their process! Ive only watched a handful but I've had some friends recc them!
At around 9:49 they go through a similar process on how I use gradient maps (and other correction layers!!) where it creates another layer on top, and then you can further change the layer modes etc.
I also highly suggest watching clip studio paint speedpaints on yt so you can see other artists workflow and what tools they'll commonly use! I personally really like korean artists & artstyles (hehe) so I recommend NAKDI who is just absolutely goals and MINJYE who I just think is an absolute genius and draws really efficiently!!! But of course, I also recommend watching artists that have an artstyle that you personally like and would like to learn from!

i watched some of ur speed paints and saw that sometimes u like paint the values of the piece in black and white and then add color after? how do u do that and make it not look too desaturated, like what kind of blending modes do u use on the layers or do u just like change the grey to whatever color it’s supposed to be? also your art is so amazing and vibrant and a big inspiration 🤧💞
HI HI!!! I finally did a piece where i do grayscale!!! Full disclosure, i don't always use the grayscale method. sometimes i use it if the piece is complex (ot8 pieces for example), or if im in a rush (like the recent lmolm lee know cover!) idk why i do, i think its because someone once told me its faster but i dont think it makes much of a difference time wise bec sometimes it takes me even longer LMAO;;; anyway i hope it helps even a lil bit!! tutorial link

hello!! usually i block people who engage too much in fanwars, are mean to my friends / staytists (especially if you harass them), or people i just dont agree with!
