hii yes most of the crds i’ve made before (remakes or tutorials etc) do look good on most devices, but unfortunately it still might not look good on devices with a much different display size.. it’s kinda unavoidable but i’d suggest you to use as little absolute positioning as you can (for pro crds) and add most of the elements in a container instead of separating them, bc then you only need to use absolute positioning for the container instead of positioning all the other elements and that’s what i think messes up the way it looks? (sorry if it's confusing TT) just my personal opinion tho!
