Hmm, that's a good question, I don't really do much with microcontrollers, mainly FPGAs, but if I had to pick, the ATSAMD Arm cortex MCUs are cute, and the TI Tiva-C ones are decent too.

I've not done anything with the STM series of chips, and i've been looking for a cute decent rv32 MCU to use in things as well.
