idk how to flirt BUT what I can imagine is the not SHY shy one starting with small greetings at first, since they're supposed to be strangers. and it imposes a routine where the shy shy kinda knows they're on a hello basis, small talks and all. then it will be "Hi, I like your hair today" instead of just "hi"... and from then on the flirting increases ? "Oh seeing you every morning is the highlight of my day" and then the shy shy starts to try flirting as well...

When he smiles
When he drinks from a bottle - Tae would just imagine JK under him or him sucking JK
When he’s sweating - Tae imagines him touching JK’s chest, leaving hickeys all over literally drooling over him
When he’s lost in thoughts
When he’s riding his bike - Tae imagines him riding JK instead
When he’s eating
When he’s wearing glasses which makes him look hotter
When he’s just sitting down manspreading - Tae imagines himself kneeling in front of JK unzipping his pants
When he sees JK from afar
When he’s studying
Literally Tae just becomes a beast whenever he sees JK doing almost anything. But JK is too oblivious to notice until one day when he accidentally sees Tae looking at him like he’s gonna devour him. Tae too consumed with his desire and imagination that he didn’t notice JK’s walking towards him until he’s right in front of him. Face to face, Tae suddenly snaps out of his thoughts panics, gives JK a peck then runs away. He didn’t know what happened as to why he suddenly kissed JK. JK got startled bec of the kiss but smirks. Apparently, he too has some hidden desire with the beastly gorgeous nerd.
