If someone was faking a disorder you had, but they had a factitious disorder themselves and can't help it, would you be mad at them?

I Haven't Met Anyone With A Factitious Disorder So I Don't Really Know. But If They Really Couldn't Help It, I Wouldn't Be Entirely Mad. But, I Still Would Be Upset With Them And Try To Minimize Contact With Them.
