Unsure. They all have toxic sides, but I only really use social media to look at cat pictures, pretty art and interact with my friends. Which frankly, is what I feel the point of social media should be.
All social media platforms have flaws, as all their userbases have loud minorities that make them look more awful than they actually are. It's important to curate your own experiences online. That said, I'd say the one I hate the most is actually Retrospring because these flaws are enunciated by how small the community around it is. While there are people I enjoy on here, everyone on here is a hypocrite or has skeletons in their closet to an extent, I'm no different. This isn't inherently wrong, and I don't always understand why hypocrisy is seen as so negative, but I understand in this case. This isn't me vaguing anyone, it's simply just how most simply ... exist. In a way, I wish to return to a state of Eden, where we are ignorant to evils and thus have no need to commit them. This is probably more in-depth than need be.

retrospringJK uhhh.. tiktok but only because i hate the algorithm and its impossible to fix it if you accsidentally start watching content you dont wanna watch??? also its just.. so mean on there. like meanest people ive ever seen.
tho to be fair, keep in mind i grew up SUPER sheltered, and still am.. i only have discord, rs, and insta- im not allowed to have any more (well actually i could but i have all i need so its fine)
