Us fans can have wildly different views of the "he would (not) fucking say that" scale lmao. I get the fun of taking one trait you want to apply to a character and then pumping it up. I'm sure some MbR would be ready to argue why bottom Mob is sacrilegious to his character, while for me it's hilarious to assume Mob would top at all. Like in my eyes even if he has a girlfriend he'll be pegged and never gets his dick in anything.
In Reigen's case, I'd guess it's from his schoolgirl act, since that shows how he "feminizes" at a base level. You turn the act into a personality trait, increase output to max, profit. Plus "light drinker sluts up when drunk" or "he's average/very masculine but behind closed doors he's actually a huge slut" are very common tropes. Can't fault the classics, can't fault people applying them to a character. It's not like Mob's screaming "I fantasize about shishou's cock in me every day" in canon but I can still see that for his character. You know?
Some purists already think being fixed makes you heteronormative lmao, I say it's none of our place to psychoanalyze how others like their blorbos fucking. The best way to stay chill is to take just that attitude! Let others play how they want and we'll do our best to not see it. Once you stop seeing stuff you hate too often, you stop getting riled up when it occasionally jumps up on you.
