Ngl these past few days people have been blocking me for shipping goge i.e being really strict about it even moots that i used to talk to are blocking me and idk how to not take it not take it personally at times so I wonder do you go through this and if so how do you deal with it ? /srs

🤔 i guess it depends. This is a very useless answer, but i don't know you or your situation, and i don't know if there's any "fit all" advice. I can't tell you not to care about it bcs that's just useless advice, and sometimes you cant help but feel hurt when something like that happens with an ex-moot. My personality is such that I just don't care enough to let the harassment stop me. My mom says that I'm like the Russian army - just keep in marching straight on 😭😭😭

I think the trick is to have 2 or 3 close friends you can talk to about these things and...hmmm...a means to engage with fandom outside of the tl, just to keep it fun. Most of my fandom engagement isnt Twitter so it helps that my hobby is spread out in several levels 🤔

Depends on the type. I like some darker shit, anon. I dont like l*lish* stuff and I'm not really into incest beyond what canon hotd and grrm writes. I can't really stomach torture or gore either. Dead dove as a term doesn't really describe anything beyond "take the tags seriously, the dark shit is legit explored not just mentioned."

Someone pointed out how the airport & the station in ch 264 is a nice contrast, because an airplane usually go straight to it's destination and takes shorter time. while a train stops to pick up people on the way and will take a longer time (to cover the same distance). So it's like Gojo, who doesn't connect with anyone else after the KFC breakup during his life, has gone straight to his destination unlike Yuuji who's touching the hearts of many people...

I like that. I think gege's use of liminal spaces and weaving in the very familiar mundane with the battle shonen is so cool and unique

I don't understand why everyone mad because you corrected misinformation, that person didn't clarify that it was a head canon (I don't think they knew it was) the normal thing after being corrected is to clarify that it is a HC so that the fandom doesn't take it as canon and false information spreads, easy, why did they become so defensive, people treat the big accounts here as if they were God and can't do no wrong, lol

to be perfectly honest i think part of is just that Americans are overly sensitive about being corrected and blow up like a shaken bottle of soda when you contradict them. ¯_(ツ)_/¯ then, it's summer and all the 16 yos are out of school and looking for something to do, so they jump on twitter discourse.

I love your shoko/suguru dynamics so much! Do you ever think they would work out in another universe or are they always going to be a "What if?"
Something about the way you characterize them scratches a part of my brain. I like them together a lot tbh

ooooo, i dont know, maybe? the way i view them, i think Suguru needs much more affection and reassurances than she's comfortable giving, and he needs someone that has a firmer grasp on things that can tell him "Stop. This is what we're gonna do. Relax" (basically what we see gojo doing for him when he starts panicking during the SPV mission). Shoko can't really provide that.

also i think Suguru's too in his head and neurotic for her, and she just doesn't take it seriously at all, so i think she'd be frustrated with him after a while. also she's sooo emotionally closed off, even more so than gojo, i think she'd get to certain point where she'd just shut down on him. and then suguru would shut down too.

So i tend to think it would end up being a somewhat frustrating relationship for both of them, thought without any sort of open conflict or passion. Also as a personal headcanon, i think they're both pretty low sex drive individuals so they just would have sex very infrequently, lol. which isn't a good or bad thing, it's just a thing, you know? headcanon. i love writing Sugu/shoko and sashisu, though. i need to write more.
