Also sorry for pretty much exclusively using retro spring to talk to you, I’d follow you and like and reply to your tweets and stuff, but I don’t want to “out” myself as aplatonic. I’ve talked to some friends about my feelings, and while some know I’m apl and are cool with it, some have taken it as me like, rejecting them and saying I don’t like them. But it’s so nice to see someone else talk about being apl, I relate to so many of your tweets.

It's fine, dw. I've actually talked to someone only through their retrospring before we actually talked to each other on my actual account lol. So yeah it's fine if you feel more comfortable talking retrospring.

Yeah I've only really talked about being aplatonic to my sister because idk how my friends would react to it. My sister was chill with it but I can't really anticipate the reaction of my friends because this kind of thing can be so easily taken as "Oh, so you just don't like me?" by anyone who doesn't understand when that's not really the truth. I've only mentioned it off-hand on my main and never really talked about it in-depth because it's just, such a hard thing to talk about without coming across like you just don't really care when that's not the truth.
