Hey anon! This one has been waiting for a while, I know, but I swear I had a good reason: I wanted to see what themes we would get for our next events! We already knew what would come up in Blood Key at the time and I had a feeling I may get answers if I waited a little more. And also, I’ve just been very busy. Advent calendar, birthday porn, irl things. Busy busy bun.

So, without further ado…

What I’d like to see in h-rooms, with 2 disclaimers:
1. I haven’t watched every scene, so we might have gotten some of those and I haven’t heard about it.

1. With the limited animation in the h-scenes currently, most of these won’t be happening any time soon but we can always hope!

2. A longer, intricate bdsm scene

3. A shibari scene where they actually tie each knot

4. A scene where they use a variety of toys for overstimulation

5. A full body worship scene

6. A spreader bar. This one is more likely.

…Oh, and also non-familiar threesomes and DP. But that’s not happening either, and not because of animation reasons lol. I would LOVE to be wrong, though.

For the themes, we actually just got two of the things I’ve wanted to see for months: how Garu would deal with the idea of Karu disappearing and Edmond using magic (and especially in a situation where he had to in order to save Eiden)! I liked how Karu was handled too. I didn’t expect Karu to be so core to Garu’s being he could manifest as part of his essence. I’m excited to see where that information will take us, moving forward.

Hmm? Those weren’t Dante-related? I know I’m a bit of a Dante specialist and all but I think about the others too, I swear :’D As for what I’d like to see moving forward…

1. More of the possibility of Eiden going home by force, please. A situation where he’s just given the choice wouldn’t be very interesting, we all know he wants to stay at this point. I want that ANGST. I want him to hesitate before regulating the last altar because he doesn’t want to go. I want some clan members to want to stop him when they understand what could happen. I want to see it.

2. Dante being ill or physically indisposed for a while. For the trauma, for the backstory about overcoming his weakness, for him to really understand and appreciate he’s not alone anymore. Nods nods. This could be an interesting setup for a Yakumo/Dante event, where we all expect Dante to be in charge but Yakumo has to step up his snakeussy and save the day (with a tie to his role as a descendant of the great serpent too, perhaps).

3. More of the Huey backstories for OG clan members and the original contracts in general. For instance, what did Olivine’s ancestor gain from his contract, back in the day? Did he understand it would apply to some of his descendants going forward? What were the terms? etc. Early on, Yakumo mentioned that when his contract would end, he might lose his hearing in the ear with his gem, isn’t that kinda scary to think about? Some tasty lore bits to sink my teeth into.

4. I’d like to see more of the clan members interact and bond (and on a deeper level if possible). We have a few interesting recurring dynamics going on, like Blade/Dante and Yakumo/Garu but I want more. Olivine feels like a good candidate for something new. He didn’t interact a lot with his event buddies this year (yakumo and dante) in my opinion, although that may be due to the heavy plots and darker themes his events had + his more reserved demeanour (which doesn’t mean he’s boring btw!) Maybe something soft and comforting with Edmond? Regular teatime bonding over sweets? I actually started a wip about that, ages ago, Olivine even baked some cookies. Maybe I should revisit it.

5. Last one: once the Eiden staying or not situation is resolved, I’d like to see some musings about the future and the different expectations people have of our clan members. Right now, everything is very “live in the moment and don’t worry”, which isn’t bad in itself! That’s actually good. But I’d like the current situation to be a bit more grounded. For instance, Dante is the last member of a bloodline who has the unique power to regulate an altar without the Grand Sorcerer. But Dante is falling for Eiden, who is a man.......... dot dot dot. Is he okay with being the last one able to do that? Should he still consider marriage further down the road? Should the clan look for ways to get rid of altars altogether and "free" the clan members without breaking their contracts? Even if the answer is “our current situation is fine”, I’d like for the characters to be shown thinking about it and looking for solutions together when needed.
