Machi starts dating Leorio to try to get info on Kurapika. Does Not happen. Kinda feels bad for Leorio and kinda just a little bit falls for him (he rubs off on her like sour candy turning sweet)
Eventually Kurapika shows up at Leorio's apartment only to see a machi not expecting the blond as they both

Machi jumps out a window to get away from Kurapika. Is gone for like 2 months before she shows up begging Leorio for forgiveness

Both end the relationship on bad terms
End the relationship on mutual terms with the possibility of them kinda staying friends
Try to keep the relationship secret
Machi throws in Kurapika's face that she's around his friends more then him
Kurapika and Leorio end on bad terms
Or Machi doesn't try to talk to Leorio leaving the almost normal life behind with every knickknack and article of clothing.
Or Leorio comes home one day and all her stuff is gone no pink tooth brush beside his, all the photos he took of them taken from there frames
