I don't really have much of a process? It's more like... I get my drinks-- coffee, tea, whatever it is (and usually more than one, I'm a beverage goblin for real). I get my snack. I sit down and kinda look through my list and decide what to work on. If I really need to focus, then I probably will stream; streams really keep me on track and I don't get distracted as easily. Otherwise, I just kinda sit at my desk and start cracking away, letting things go naturally.
