Do you have any advice to people who just went through a hard breakup after years of relationship?
WELL.. I’m not the exact right person to be giving you advice since I’ve never been in a relationship that last for years, but, I will try my best. I think, it’s very important for you to acknowledge your feelings rather than tossing it aside and never really process the stages of grief after the breakup. Because, buried emotions are never good, it will impact so many aspects of your life. I suggest to never deny whenever you are feeling sad or mad or whatever it may be from the breakup, and just accept the emotion as it is. With time, I believe, you will eventually find your peace back once you’re done dealing with the heartbreak and aftermaths that come with the separation. Also, you can do your favourite activities to make your heart content again as well as meeting your favourite people! I don’t know if this could help, actually.. I hope you’re feeling better, kind soul! Thank you for asking me!
