Bersyukur atas apapun yang ada, nggak usah lihat yang orang lain punya biar nggak insecure. Paling penting terima diri sendiri apa adanya.

Maintaining my sleep patterns, eating good food, buying things i want and also caring more about my own feelings. Although the last point sounds selfish, but it's important. You decide your own happiness.

A tough question. To love myself, I always try to be grateful for what I have in myself first, stop comparing myself to others, and try to enjoy my life.
