People trying to say Arle is morally grey and not portrayed as good and meanwhile Hoyo keeps marketing her and the hoth as a heartwarming family. Her writing is so fucking bad and people are idiots for defending it.
its like, i want to believe they did intend for her to be morally grey but some exec made them soften her. i wish they'd explore more that the hoth is fucked up and i'd love to have arle contend more with the guilt that she couldn't fully realise clervie's dream. how good would it be.
at least arle would he more interesting
