A man has been found guilty of a murder he committed when he was 13 years old - he’s now 41. Bearing in mind children get lighter sentences than adults: should he be sentenced as a child (as he was at the time) or as an adult (as he is now)?
I don't see any way it makes sense that he wouldn't be tried as a child.
