Quiet's story? Before joining Stream to complete the lost Babylon Rogues family Quiet was living in Ice Mountain Zone, in a small village up on the cold and snowy mountains. She wasn't aware of her babylonian traditions nor anything related to Babylon, except she had an unusual necklace left by her parents before they would disappear in a blizzard. (The same Storm wears canonically). She used to be a huntress to catch deers and other big animals to feed the village and also defending them from the same big animals, monsters or strangers.
She talks russian and you can hear that strong accent when she tries to speak in english/italian with the others.
Quiet's love story wasn't the best either, as the man which she made love with completely left her after he knew Quiet was waiting for Storm.
After that sad experience, Quiet refused to have a partner and grew Storm "alone". Stream and the others helped her when she really needed it, but she stood for herself.

Baby Storm never felt like he was missing a father. Even in CW's present he doesn't need to know who he was or why he left. Storm just appreciated the big effort of his mom raising him to become a man.
